In this article, I am going to review a blood pressure measuring machine also called as BP machine. This is made by the brand named Omron which is a very well known brand in the health & fitness category.
The packaging is also done very nicely. In the box, we get a manual, warranty card, 4AA batteries, some promotional pamphlet, a belt and the machine itself.
The machine is powered by 4AA batteries which they include in the box.

In spite, being plastic. The machine is really built well with a glossy finish on the whole body. Except some matte texture near the start stop button. Compared to the older Omron machine that we had. The belt quality is really very good. overall the machine looks premium.

It just comes with a single button which starts and stops the measuring process. Plus the reading also is not that complicated of a thing. On the top is your high blood pressure level. In the middle is your low blood pressure level and at the bottom is your pulse rate, that’s it.
Just connect the wire like this, rap the belt around your arm and press the button and let the machine do it’s job. And in few seconds, the measure readings will be displayed on the screen.
One important tip while using this blood machine or any BP machine for that matter.
Stay in a relaxed sleeping posture with your head facing upwards. Breathe normally and don’t talk while the machine is measuring. This will surely help you get measure readings more towards accuracy.
Now many of you guys may have a question about how accurate are these BP machines if compared with the machines in the hospitals. So for that, I talked with my local doctor and he said that, these machines are not fully accurate. The reading can be up or down by 5%-10%.
Talking about my opinion, everyone should get a machine like this in your home.

This is a video article about a tripod plate that I got long back ago. But I struggled a lot to get the original plate as well as an alternative to it.

Once I went on a outdoor shoot on a nearest beach.
Took my tripod and some basic gear with me. Instead of keeping the plate in my bag. I kept it in the back pocket of my pants. And went straight into water for having some fun. After having a wonderfully exciting day when we were getting ready for returning home. I realized that the cap was missing. Searched a lot, in and out of water, everywhere possibly. But we didn’t find the plate unfortunately. I thought what’s a big deal in losing just a plate. So our trip ended and we all came home.

The Benro T880EX is a tripod stand that is very close to my heart. Because I literally use it for every video that I shoot. And till this date, I would have shot more then 500 professional and home videos with it.
I have actually completed 4 years since I first bought it. And I tell you that the product is nearly in the same condition as new. So without wasting time, lets get straight into the pros and cons of this tripod.
The Benro T880EX is made of two kind of material.

The head of tripod is quite smooth and easy to use. Which is going to be helpful for some panning camera movements. yes for sure it will but when shooting vertical with heavy camera the tripod could tilt and fall down, the solution to that is, and by the way this is a pro tip from most film makers who use this trick everyday, get a sack bag, fill that with some sand and stones, seal it properly and tie it to the tripod leg on the opposite side of the heavy side, that’s it, problem solved.
The tripod plate that comes with it is good but it is detachable that means the chances of losing it is more.
I am saying this with my personal experience, I once went on a shoot on a beach after the shoot was completed I kept the tripod plate in my pants, which was a big mistake because after that I went inside the water and there my tripod plate got lost in the massive waters of Indian ocean. so long story short, don’t misplace it. The problem is finding the original plate is difficult and even if you find one online, the cost of it is going to be very near to the tripod price then what’s the point in buying the plate.
But relax guys, I also have a solution for that as well, so in case you lost the plate, this is the plate which fits exactly like the original one in fact the quality is slightly better then the original and this a plate which is very cheap is price, so there you go, Plus the plate that you see in the video is the same alternative, the original one was lost as said you before.
